Passenger transport by bus according to the PBefG; MVV regional bus routes 921, 924 and 950
The Starnberg district as the responsible body, represented by Muenchner Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund GmbH, intends, subject to the approval of the responsible committees, to provide the MVV-Regiona transport servicebus lines 921, 924 and 950 to be tendered Europe-wide with effect from December 14th, 2025 to December 13th, 2031 in an open procedure in accordance with Section 15 VgV (competitive tendering procedure (Article 5 paragraph 3 of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007)).
- Regular service on the MVV regional bus line 921: Herrsching - Inning am Ammersee - Wessling (S),
- Regular service on the MVV regional bus line 921V: Buch am Ammersee - Inning am Ammersee - Etterschlag - Gilching, Gymnasium,
- Regular service on the MVV regional bus line 924: Seefeld-Hechendorf (S) - Oberalting - Seefeld-Hechendorf (S),
- regular service on the MVV regional busline 950: Herrsching (S) - Frieding - Oberalting - Starnberg Nord (S),
- Regular service on the MVV regional bus line 950V: Herrsching, Martinsweg - Seefeld-Hechendorf (S) - Gilching, Gymnasium - Frieding - Obealting and back.
The use of subcontractors is permitted, but must be approved by the clientr be approved. The contractor must provide at least 70% of the operational services himself. Reference is made to Art. 4 Paragraph 7 of Regulation 1370/2007.
