Passenger transport by bus according to the PBefG; MVV - RufTaxi-Line 2100 Correction to the prior information already published on the TED website from December 2nd, 2022 with the number 2022/S 236-681397
This prior information represents a correction to the prior information already published on the TEDWebsite dated December 2nd, 2022 with the number 2022/S 236-681397. The district of Munich as the responsible body, represented by Muenchner Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund GmbH, intends, subject to the approval of the responsible committees, to award the following service by way of a open procedurein accordance with § 15 VgV (Europe-wide tender).
Scheduled service on the MVV RufTaxi line 2100: Deisenhofen (S) - Grossdingharting - Strasslach - Oberbiberg as a total service.
The start of operations is scheduled for December 15, 2024. The term of the contract is approximately two years and ends on the 12th. December 2026. If approved by the responsible committees, there is an option to extend the contract by up to a maximum of two years. The use of subcontractors is permitted, but must be approved by the client. The contractor must provide at least 70% of the operational services himself.Reference is made to Art. 4 Paragraph 7 of Regulation 1370/2007.
Amount and value of the service:
— approx. 63,300 Nwkm/a, (forecast)
— 3 used van-based vehicles, of which 1 is barrier-free,
— approx. 20 stops.
The operation of the call center is not the subject of this tendering process for traffic services...
