• Passenger transport with buses in accordance with the PBefG; MVV regional bus routes 853 and 854 Regular service on the MVV regional bus line 853: Puchheim Bf, Mayor-Ertl-Straße - Puchheim (S) South - Germering-Unterpfaffenhofen (S) and Regular service on the MVV regional bus route 854: Germering-Unterpfaffenhofen (S) - Puchheim (S) Süd The district of Fürstenfeldbruck as the responsible body, represented by Münchner Verkehrs und Tarifverbund GmbH, intends, subject to the approval of the responsible committees and Subject to a funding commitment or funding granted for the procurement of emission-free buses, the transport services of the MVV regional bus routes 853 and 854 with effect from December 9th, 2029 to December 10th, 2039 in the open procedure in accordance with Section 15 VgV across Europe to be put out to tender (competitive tendering procedure (Article 5 paragraph 3 of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007)).
