The state capital of Munich as a task authority, represented by the Munich Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund GmbH,the consent of the responsible committees to write out the traffic service of the MVV regional bus line 396 with effect from May 23, 2026 to October 29, 2028 in the open procedure in accordance with § 15 VGV (competitive tender procedure (Article 5 paragraph 3 of VO (EC) No. 1370/2007)). In the event ofThe corresponding resolutions are an option to extend the contract with the unilateral right of performance of the task authority by a maximum of one further year (no later than 14.10,2029).
