• Passenger transport with buses according to the PBefG; MVV regional bus route 834 Regular service on the MVV regional bus line 834: Gröbenzell, Heidestraße - Gröbenzell, Am Sandberg - Gröbenzell (S) Süd The Fürstenfeldbruck district is represented as the responsible authority by Münchner Verkehrs und Tarifverbund GmbH, intends, subject to the approval of the responsible committees and subject to a funding commitment or funding granted for the procurement of emission-free buses, to provide the transport services of the MVV regional bus route 834 to be tendered Europe-wide with effect from December 9th, 2029 to December 12th, 2037 in an open procedure in accordance with Section 15 VgV (competitive tendering procedure (Article 5 paragraph 3 of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007)). Regular service on the MVV regional bus route 834: Gröbenzell, Heidestraße - Gröbenzell, Am Sandberg - Gröbenzell (S) Süd. The use of subcontractors is permitted, but must be approved by the client. The contractor must provide at least 70% of the operating services himself provide. Reference is made to Article 4 Paragraph 7 of Regulation 1370/2007. Quantity and value of service: - approx. 85,091 Nwkm/a - 2 new vehicles 8 m electric buses based on Sprinter low-floor, LowEntry, low-floor intercity or LowEntry intercity and - approx. 39 stops - Estimated value excluding VAT: range from EUR 3,920,000 to EUR 4,400,000.
