Description:
The district of Regen intends a public service mandate (EC) of the European Parliament (EC) No. 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and the Council on October 23, 2007 via public service services (VO 1370/2007) via public transport services in its To issue area of responsibility. The subject of the intended OeDA are all current and future public transport services in the "Viechtach", "Rain", "Zwiesel Stadt", "Zwiesel Umland", "Bodenmais/ Teisnach", as well as on the individual line 25.
At the start of operation (see Section 5.1.3) If the transport services are on the following lines: Line bundle "Viechtach" • Lines 33.35.37.53.54.101,102.103 and 105 • Line bundles "Rain" • Lines 61.62.64.1046 and 107 • Bundle of line "Zwiesel City" • Linien 21,22,46,47,48 and 49 • Bundle of line "Zwiesel The surrounding area "• Lines 42.44 and 45 • Bundle" Bodenmais/Teisnach "• Los 1: Lines 20 (2), 30.51 and 55, Los 2 line 20 (1) • Individual line • Line 25.
The intended award affects the entire operating area covered by the bundles of the line or 25 by the single line.
