Description:
The Zweckverband Nahverkehr Amberg-Sulzbach (ZNAS) intends to be the responsible authority ISD Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and the Council of October 23, 2007 via public passenger service (VO 1370/2007) a public service order (OeDA) public Passenger services to be granted in its area of responsibility. The subject of the intended OeDA are all current and future public transport services in which line bundles 5 "Birgland".
At the start of the company (see section 5.1.3), it is the transport services the following VGN lines:
475: Sulzbach-Rosenberg-Illschwang-Schwend (and back)
476: Amberg - Illschwang - Kutschendorf (and back)
477: Ammerthal-Sulzbach-Rosenberg (and back)
478: Sulzbach-Rosenberg-Illschwang-Fuernried-Trossalt (and back)
479: Leisure line "Birgland-Express"
The The intended assignment concerns the entire operating area covered by the bundles of the line.
The OeDA refers to transport services of public transport within the meaning of Section 8 PBefG regardless of the design of the operating form in detail (in particular line traffic within the meaning of Sections 42, 43 PBefG and flexible forms within the meaning of § 44 pfefG). The operator will be granted exclusive law within the limits of Section 8a (8) PBefG.
