Description:
The district of Sigmaringen intends the allocation of a public service order (OeDA) for bus line traffic in the "Suedost/Ostrach" line with lines 104, 105, 800, 7558 and 7567 with operations on 01.08.2027 and a term until 31.07.2035. The OeDA refers Here on transport services of the public transport within the meaning of § 8 PBefG regardless of the design of the operating form in detail (in particular line traffic within the meaning of §§ 42 PBefG and flexible uses, if necessary, also within the meaning of Section 44 PBefG in conjunction with § 2 Paragraph 1 No. 3 PBefG). The operator will be a exclusive law within the limits of Section 8a (8) PBefG. The contractor must provide at least one majority of operating services (see Art. 4 Para. 7 VO 1370/2007). The OeDA will contain the requirements to meet the requirements that result from the EU Clean-Vehicle Directive (CVD) and the Clean Vehicles Procurement Act. The OeDA will also include regulations that the transport offer within the changing traffic needs determined in the OeDA must be adapted. The change rights refer to Type and scope as well as the quality of the transport services and on transportation tariffs.
