Description:
The district of Sigmaringen intends the allocation of a public service order (OeDA) for bus line traffic in the "Suedwest/Messkirch" line with lines 54 (this line mentioned in the local transport plan no longer exists as its own line, it has now been intergovered in line 7391), 102, 106, 600, 7391 and "Sehmer" (the timetable offer is included in lines 102 and 106) with operational recording on 01.08.2027 and a term until July 31, 2036. The OeDA refers to public transport services within the meaning of Section 8 PBefG regardless of the design of the operating form in detail (in particular line traffic within the meaning of §§ 42 PBefG and flexible forms of use, even within the meaning of § 44 PBefG in conjunction with § 2 Paragraph 1 No. 3 PBefG). The operator will be granted exclusive law within the limits of Section 8a (8) PBefG. The contractor must at least one Provide the majority of operating services themselves (see Art. 4 Para. 7 VO 1370/2007).
