Shell construction work 001. Fire protection: - 1 piece of construction site equipment. - 330 m2 of protective covers. - Make 3 interior wall openings for doors. - 1 piece. Close interior wall openings for doors. - Close 3 m2 recesses in the cement screed, including insulation and PE film. - 5 m2 additional plaster in small areas, inkl. Grundierung. 002. Maintenance: - 1 piece of construction site equipment. - Renovate 360 m2 of joints in the brick facing wall. - Renew 200 m expansion joints in brick facing wall shell. - Renovate 100 m expansion joints in the brick facing wall. - Renew 700 m of connection joints in the brick facing wall shell. - 200 m Renovate connection joints in the brick facing wall shell. Execution deadlines: Execution must begin within 12 working days of receipt of the request from the client (§5 para. 2 sentence 2 VOB/B); The request will probably be sent to you by week 28, 2026. The performance is to be completed (ready for acceptance) in the 35th week of 2026, at the latest on the last working day of this week.
