- As part of the PerForM-REACT project application from the research institutions Helmholtz-Zentrum Muenchen (HMGU) and Universitaetsklinikum Augsburg (UKA), thermocyclers (PCR systems) are required for basic biotechnological applications that meet the specific requirements of nucleic acid amplificationof the two research institutions. In addition, sensitive detection systems for biochemical nucleic acid detection and quantification are required, which enable real-time and absolute end-point analyses, are based on polymerase chain reactions and use fluorescenceactive dyes. The results must be analyzed and the data visualized using suitable software. The operation of the software must be simple, user-friendly and intuitive so that, for example, protocols can be programmed or data processed without programming knowledgerbeiten kann.
