- Procurement object is a framework agreement for the implementation of pen tests. (Without an obligation to call for the BA) in the amount of 3,600 hp and can be called up by the BA within the contract term. Maximum amount For this procurement, there is 20% above the estimated order quantity. and has no connection with estimates used by the BA or budgetary funds provided by the BA. Framework contract comprises the following services: • A commissioning of PEN tests with the billing according to personal hours (approx. 900 hp/maximum amount plus 20 %) • A commissioning of 6x pen tests size M (temporal effort each 10 pt) on an on-working basis (480 hp/maximum amount plus 20 %) • Commissioning of pen tests (different sizes) on AN on the basis of work contracts (approx. 2,220 hp/maximum amount plus 20 %). the service description can be removed.
