Description: For the Free State of Bavaria, a suitable service provider (contractor) for perception the activity of the certifying body regarding the expenditure from the two EU Agricultural Fund EGFL (European guarantee fund for agriculture) and ELER (European agricultural fund for the development of rural areas ) searched for in accordance with the requirements of the European Union.
The system of EU agricultural funding provides for a functionally independent position that is checking the paying agent during and after the financial year, taking into account the relevant EU law requirements.
By February 15, after the conclusion of the EU budget year, the certifying office submits a statement created in accordance with international test standards and a report, in which in particular it is determined whether the accounting of the payment point conveys a picture corresponding to the actual conditions. ..
