• Description:
• The cleaning services take place in a total of 4 locations (power plants). Industrial cleaning includes, among other things, the cleaning of halls and outdoor areas. Here, in particular, the floor areas (machine use is possible in some cases), stairs/staircase railings and the surfaces of the industrial facilities cleaned. There are also pipe systems in the halls. Here too, the surfaces must be cleaned. Cleaning of the systems themselves (apart from their surfaces) does not occur on a large scale, but can be done afterward Agreement on the scope of services can be supplemented. The new contamination consists of dust, loose and adherent contamination in the industrial sector (oils and construction dust, as well as wood dust in the BMHKW Garath). The contractor must ensure that Cleaning services to this extent (see area information below) can be provided permanently and reliably and appropriately qualified personnel are available in sufficient numbers for this purpose. This is particularly relevant given that... the company is an operator of critical systems (“critical infrastructure”), which results in increased requirements for care, prudence and reliability.
