Description:
The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the State Management Academy for Food, Agriculture and Forestry (client), intends to conclude a framework agreement for the delivery of protective work clothing and other accessories for the Baye on the basis of these contractual documentsMinistry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry and its subordinate authorities as well as the Bavarian surveying administration with a supplier (contractor). The order is divided into specialist lots (forestry specialist, hand, head and body protection specialist and warning and weather protection specialistzjacken) divided. Further requirements were published through the separate tender 2023RF000003. The framework agreement is to be for a period of 1 year and 4 months plus an extension option a) of 8 months and an extension option b) of 2 years (therefore possible totalterm 4 years) to be closed. The contract is awarded to the most economical offer according to the free proportional representation price/performance ratio (30% price; 70%) The performance points result from the evaluation of a test position at the Kelheim Forest Farmers' School and the Office for Rural Development OberPalatinate in Tirschenreuth. The test position is expected to take place from 17.07. - 07/28/2023.
