Description:
The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the State Management Academy for Food, Agriculture and Forestry (client), intends to conclude a framework agreement for the delivery of protective work clothing and other accessories for the Baye on the basis of these contractual documentsric State Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry and its downstream authorities with a supplier (contractor).
The content of this tender is the planned award of contracts for specialist agriculture and disposable clothing. The further need for forest protection clothing, hand, head and body protection and warning and weather protection jackets will be published as part of the PPE framework agreement in a separate tender.
The framework agreement is to be for a period of 2 years, with a one-time extension option of 2 years (thus possible total termt 4 years) to be closed. The contract is awarded to the most economical offer for the agriculture lot according to the free proportional choice of price/performance (40% price; 60%) and for the disposable clothing lot according to pure price evaluation.
The performance points result from the evaluation of a test placeLfL in Freising. The test position will probably take place from 17.07. - 28.07.2023.
