Description:
The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the State Management Academy for Food, Agriculture and Forestry (client), intends to conclude a framework agreement for the delivery of occupational safety clothing and other accessories for the Bavarian State Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry and its downstream Authorities with a supplier (contractor). The content of this tender is the planned order of order for the specialist agriculture and disposable clothing. The further requirement for forest protection clothing, handicraft and body protection and warning and weather protection jackets is published as part of the PSA framework agreement in a separate tender. The framework agreement is to be closed for a period of 2 years, with a one -time extension option of 2 years (thus a possible total term 4 years). The surcharge takes place on the most economical offer for the Los Agriculture after the free proportion of ratio price/performance (40% price; 60%) and for the lot disposable clothing after a pure Annation.
