• The subject of the tender is the delivery and introduction of an integrated, modern personnel management system (PMS) as a software-as-a-service solution for SLK-Kliniken Heilbronn GmbH. The aim of the procurement is to replace the existing SAP system HCM and the introduction of a future-proof, uniform system landscape that maps all HR core and additional processes without media disruption and provides them in a consistent user interface. The human resources management system should in particular cover the following functional areas: - Position planning and organizational management - Personnel cost planning - Applicant management - Payroll accounting - Employee and manager self-services - Reporting Others should also be included Human resources functions are integrated for the specific needs of the healthcare system, in particular: personnel management with healthcare-specific evaluations and statistics - including time management and rostering Working time recording - seminar and training management - applicant management The solution offered must be designed in such a way that all modules are technically integrated and enable consistent use without double data maintenance. The integration can either via a common platform or via standardized, audit-proof and high-performance interfaces.
