Description:
The city of Kamp-Lintfort is planning to fight rats in the city area from January 1st, 2023 as described below.
Since the classic method of fighting rats in the sewage system by "simply" hanging poisoned baits is no longer permitted, 30 bait boxes are provided in the client's specificatione to install shaft structures. The bait boxes should be checked every two weeks after installation and baited if necessary. The feeding infestation and subsequent baiting must be recorded. After 8 weeks, the contractor removes the bait boxes, cleans them and installs them at new locationst. For this purpose, the client will provide the contractor with manhole site plans.
Bidders must provide evidence of the required qualifications (technical knowledge, ability to perform and reliability of the technical fulfillment of the contract) when submitting the offer.
The staff who come into contact with the bait musthave the necessary expertise in pest control. Proof of competence is required for rodent control using bait with anticoagulants of the 2nd generation according to TSchG § 4 Para. 1 (Animal Welfare Act) and GefStoffV Annex I No. 3.4 (Hazardous Substances Ordinance). This proof isto be submitted with the offer.
