Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of planning services for the renovation of the existing building automation at 9 locations. 1. Planning services in accordance with HOAI - Implementation of service phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 9 HOAI, Part 4, Section 2 - §55 Technical equipment. The performance phase 4 (approval planning) is no longer applicable. 2. Inventory of the existing building automation - Visual inspection and technical recording of the existing control cabinets and field devices - Comparison with existing inventory documents - Documentation of service components including technical data 3. Condition assessment - Assessment of the general technical condition of the components - Testing for compliance with standards, age, wear and availability of spare parts 4. Renovation recommendation - Comparison of partial renovation and complete replacement - Presentation of possible renovation variants with advantages and disadvantages - Rough cost estimate of the recommended measures - Clear recommendation for further action
