- The clinics of the city of Cologne gGmbH (hereinafter referred to as AG) intend to purchase three ophthalmological surgical machines with phako, showcase and laser support (hereinafter referred to as phakoma machines) including accessories and maintenance in the tenancy. The rental period for all 3 phakoma machinesis 36 months. The necessary consumables are also to be offered for the entire rental period. After the tenancy has expired, a purchase option for all 3 systems must be offered, which is not mandatory by the AG.
