Description:
The tender serves to conclude agreements with pharmaceutical companies within the meaning of Section 130a (8) of the Social Code (SGB) Fifth Book (V) (hereinafter: discount contracts or discount contract) with a term of 24 calendar months to prescribe drugs and pharmacy -subject -related medicines that do not are prescribed. According to Section 130a (8) sentence 1 SGB V, the tender is only to pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or bidding communities of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs i. S.D.§ 4 Paragraph.18 Medicines Act (AMG). It is already clear that for the loose 001 to 071 framework contracts with three bidders, for the loose 072 to 087 framework contracts with two bidders and for the loose 088 to 142 framework contracts with a bidder can be concluded.
A bidding community is considered a bidder.
