Description:
The "Stadtwerk Regensburg GmbH" intends to build a neighborhood parking system with approx. 625 parking spaces (top-up option by two split levels possible on approx. 750 parking spaces) in the Haslbach industrial estate, at Weidener Strasse 7 in Regensburg on a former freight forwarder site With the hall number 724/8. The construction site is located in the Sallern water protection area with Zone IIIB. The adaptation of the parking garage into the property must take into account the boundary conditions, such as building ban zone to federal road 16, the border distance from the new property boundary, and the Specifications are carried out.
