Description:
The Bavarian Ministry of Nutrition, Agriculture and Forestry (STMELF), referred to in the following client (AG), requires a functional mobile application for the year 2022 (working title "photo app for agricultural promotion in Bavaria: FAL-BY") to support agricultural promotion in Bavaria. The aim is a joint mobile application for various target groups (employees of the agricultural administration and applicants), which supports the implementation of the area monitoring and supports the existing system Ibalis. The software should be used with the Mobile operating systems Android and iOS and, in addition to the partly guided processing of tasks, offer two different core functionalities (create geore-referenced photos, measurements with the help of an external antenna). The present specifications describe the requirements for hardware and software. The AG seeks close cooperation with the contractor (AN), in which the details of the implementation are tailored.
