  • Description:
  • Photoluminescence measurement system The Institute for Solarenergief Research GmbH (ISFH) updates its system park for the characterization of silicon and tandem solar cells. A photoluminescent measuring system is to be purchased, which allows square samples with an edge length of up to To illuminate 230 mm homogeneously and measure the luminescent emission stimulated by the lighting. The suggestion should be approx. 1200 W/m2. The photoluminescence measurement system is intended to measure the charge carrier life of partially processed silicon olar cells. It should two measurement methods are realized. In one procedure, the luminescent emission is measured by the sample in continuous lighting with a camera, while it is located on a lifetime measurement unit from Sinton Instruments (PC-Pli: https://doi.org/10.1002/pssr.200802192). The The ISFH is provided by the ISFH. In the other way, we process the lifetime measurement from camera images of the luminescent emission, the time synchronous to switch on and off the light stimulation (Dynamic-Pl: https://doi.org/10.1002/pssr.201004426). In addition to the measurement Sub-proof silicon olar cells are to be examined with the photoluminescence measurement system, also partially processed perovsky silicon tandem solar cell. For this purpose, the samples to be examined should be illuminated one after the other with the light of two different wavelengths. The wavelengths are ...
