- In the west of Munich, Munichstift GmbH plans to build a senior citizens' and nursing home with a floor area of the GABGF of approx. 18,500 sqm and a total of 230 living and care places (202 nursing places + 28 residential areas WMS). The property is located on Franz-Nissl-Strasse in the district23, Allach - Untermenzing.
The construction area has a size of approx. 8,100 sqm. It is currently idle or is managed as an agricultural area. The area is almost completely level. The direct environment of the construction area is mainly due to 2 3-storey residential buildingsSingle -family houses, row houses and storey apartment buildings, southeast of the area can also be found towards the railway line but also large -scale commercial use. In the west, a free, agricultural area connects that extends far towards Wuermtal.
