Description:
The subject of this tender is the pipe construction work for the district heating route in Paul-von-Denis-Strasse. The advertised services include the installation of the plastic mantle pipelines (KMR) already provided with a route length of approx. 340 m in DN 450/800 and approx. 60 m in DN 100/250, including all the necessary welding work, sleeve assembly and the electrothermic preliminary tension of the DN 450 route. In addition, a house connection must be established. This is done via a P-branch DN 100/80, which is then reduced to DN 65. The house connection is to be provided with a shut -off fittings and a clobs with a foamed end sleeve, so that a defined transfer point for later network connection is guaranteed. The services also include the integration of the fire-leak monitoring system into the new route. Scope of services: delivery From plastic coat pipes with the following key data: nominal size (DN): 450/800 wall thickness: 6.3 mm series: 3 Delivery of KMR pipeline sheets (3D) With the following key data: nominal size (DN): 450/800 wall thickness: 6.3 mm series 3 radius 686 mm Delivery of KMR PEX shrink sleeve with the following key data: Nominal size (DN): 450/800 SCHAPER DA: 800 mm system "seal after insulation" (sheet metal formwork and foam) The delivery includes all the pipe components required for the laying according to the technical and structural requirements. Note: The exact specification of the plastic jacket pipe and the Form parts can be found in the following tender positions. General requirements: Delivery ex works free construction site / intermediate storage (including packaging and unloading) CE marking in accordance with the applicable standards Evidence of suitability and quality through corresponding certificates Timer-based Delivery within the agreed time window.
