• Placement coaching for severely disabled people, those with equal status or those at risk of disability in accordance with Section 16 Paragraph 1 SGB II in conjunction with Section 45 SGB III New Ways Bergstrasse District - Municipal Job Center - intends to award a measure to activate and Professional integration in accordance with Section 16 Paragraph 1 SGB II i. V. in accordance with Section 45 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 SGB III for severely disabled, equivalent or at risk of disability eligible benefit recipients. The aim of the measure is in particular: •Determination and clarification individual health, social and labor market-related barriers to integration, •Introduction to suitable support and rehabilitation systems, •Stabilization of employability, •Preparation for training or employment, •Placement in employment or training subject to social insurance contributions, •Sustainable support in the integration process. We define the measurable goals as follows: (1) When clarifying the status of health restrictions and their impact on the ability to integrate into the workforce, a target achievement rate of 50% should be achieved. (2) When guiding participants into suitable support, counseling or rehabilitation systems, a Target achievement rate of 30% can be achieved.
