- Building planning according to HOAI §§ 34 ff for the establishment of an interim school in the existing building. II.1 Reason and purpose The subject of the procurement is the existing school building branches JVLS (Justus von Liebig School) & HLZ (Heinrich-Lanz-Schule) at the Dresdener Strasse, 68309 Mannheim-Vogelstang location. The basis is the transfer of the management of Mannheim's schools and thus also the tasks in the area of new construction and modernization from the city of Mannheim to the BBS. BBS - Bau- und Betriebsservice GmbH is also responsible for the operation and maintenance of the schools in question operates facility management. Based on this constellation, an economical solution to the construction task is crucial not only for the conversion, but also for later use.
