II. Description of services
"Planning according to HOAI §§53ff. for system groups 4 and 5" for the trades the technical building equipment (power systems and telecommunications and information technology systems) in the interim measure at the Rosa Parks School.

II.1 Reason and purpose
An interim for the "Rosa-Parks" community school is to be set up at the Vogelstang location.
The newly founded one The school community will grow up there in the building of the JVLS (Justus von Liebig School) & HLZ (Heinrich-Lanz-Schule) branches, which were formerly used by the vocational schools, at the Dresdener Strasse, 68309 Mannheim-Vogelstang location until the new building on Spinelli is built.
The basis is the transmission the management of Mannheim's schools and thus also the tasks in the area of new construction and modernization from the city of Mannheim to the BBS. BBS - Bau- und Betriebsservice GmbH is also responsible for the operation and maintenance of the schools in question and carries out facility management. Based on this constellation, an economical solution to the construction task is crucial not only for the renovation, but also for later use.
