II. Description of services
"Specialist planning of technical equipment according to HOAI" for the specialist room renovation (facility group 7) in the Justus-von-Liebig-Schule branch, Vogelstang.
II.1 Reason and purpose
An interim for the "Rosa-Parks" community school is to be set up at the Vogelstang location.
The newly founded school community will be located there in the former building The JVLS (Justus von Liebig School) & HLZ (Heinrich-Lanz-Schule) branches used by the vocational schools will grow up at the Dresdener Strasse, 68309 Mannheim-Vogelstang location until the new building on Spinelli is built.
The basis is the transfer of management of the Mannheim schools and with it the tasks in the area of new construction and modernization from the city of Mannheim to the BBS. BBS - Bau- und Betriebsservice GmbH is also responsible for the operation and maintenance of the schools in question and carries out facility management.
