Description:
The Ostalbkreis represented by the infrastructure company of the Ostalbkreis mbH, based in Stuttgarter Str. 41, 73430 Aalen, intended as a client in Aalen - after the construction of the new building of the second administrative location - at Wilhelm -Merz -Str. 20, a parking and mobility station to build. The subject of the award procedure is the commissioning of the planning and turnkey establishment of a parking and mobility station on the site of the district office at Wilhelm-Merz-Str. 20 in 73430 Aalen. The completion and handover of the turnkey parking and mobility station is planned by mid -May 2027 at the latest.
Planning and construction work for the construction of a parking and mobility station
After acquiring the site of the former Union works in 2016 and commissioned the investigation of the soil conditions. As preparatory measures, from May 2019 to December 2019, except for the steam boiler house, the existing buildings of the former Union plants to the lower edge of the floor plate - and the construction site - for the construction of the second Administrative locations and for the establishment of a parking and mobility station - freed.
