Description:
The Alp Bayern, agency for food products from Bavaria, is an independent unit in the Bavarian State Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry. It supports the promotion of sales and the expansion of the market position of Bavarian agricultural products and food. The focus activities of the Alp Bayern are information and communication measures at home and abroad as well as market development measures. The Alp Bayern also participates in trade fairs in the domestic and EU foreign land with information or company community stands and conducts exhibitions and events. Alp Bayern is looking for a suitable service provider (contractor) to plan and implement the trade fair participations and the exhibitions as well as events including trade fair construction and financial processing. The order is a framework agreement on other special services in the sense of § 130 Paragraph 1 GWB (see also CPV code). According to Section 65 (2) VGV, the framework agreement will be concluded for a maximum of 5 years (3 years of basic contract term plus two contract extension options for one further year).
