Description:
The city of Lehrte has decided on the extension of the high school including a three -field sports hall. The scope of services includes the demolition of existing buildings, the planning and turnkey construction of the extension of the high school and a three -field sports hall including the preparation of the Outdoor facilities as part of a total award (total entrepreneur model/PPP holder model without finance). In addition, the provision of maintenance services for the period of 25 years is component. The planning and construction work is remunerated in deviation from VOB/B over Take payments to fixed milestones. The maintenance of the maintenance services takes place quarterly after the service provision.
