Description:
The city administration of the city of Bad Wuennenberg is currently spread over several buildings and locations in the city area. The town hall on Poststrasse no longer meets the current requirements for a performance and future-proof building. On the one hand, there are not enough areas available, so that parts of the administration have to be accommodated in an adjacent interim building and in other buildings in the urban area. On the other hand, the existing building has deficits in energetic and in terms of building technology. The space requirement of the city administration of Bad Wuennenberg for merging The administrative units at one location is approximately 2,344 m2 (BGF). The space requirement includes multifunctional use for the administrative units and for a citizens' meeting center (BBZ). The existing property on Poststrasse is located in the unplanned interior (§ 34 BauGB). The Required space requirements and the corresponding space program are to be implemented on the existing property. The resulting new building can be realized, taking into account the space requirement and the spatial program as well as the surrounding development and is permitted under planning law in accordance with Section 34 (1) BauGB.
