Planning and construction work for the construction of a fire station
The building site is located at the entrance to Gschwend, on the federal road B298. The development plan "Road Parzer" industrial area, in which the planned property for the new fire station is located, is currently being created. The building plot available to the new fire station will have an area of approx. 2,300 m2. The development of the entire property should take place in the course of 2025. A fire station with 4 vehicle boxes is planned within the fire station. Overall, the new FW house is to be interpreted for the following number of people: 70 FW men, 17 FW women and 26 boys and girls from the youth fire brigade. This should be valid today Correspond to DIN 14092. The accurate need can be found in the attached fire department requirement plan. A practice area and 37 parking spaces are planned outside. The necessary measures to build building should be functional and economically planned and implemented structurally - a modular design is expressly desired.
