Description:
The Trimodal KV envelope stapkai Ost is located in the port of Cologne Niehl I and is operated by CTS Container-Terminal GmbH Rhein-Seee-Land-Service (CTS for short).
The main goal is to increase the handling capacity of the Staperkai Ost KV envelope. The existing capacities of the currentCovering facility are almost exhausted.
A portal crane is already available on the Stapelkai Ost KV covering system. Since the performance of the aging Portalkran 18 has decreased significantly in recent years, it must be replaced.
The new building sees the construction of 2 new onesPortal crane systems 20 and 21. The planning and construction work of these two portal cranes is implemented in a separate tender.
Before the new portal cranes can be put into operation, structural and technical measures of different trades must be implemented.
The aim of the presentation here is the implementation of all the necessary structural and technical planning services for the conversion of the KV Umschlagtlage Stapelkai Ost. Based on the HOAI, all necessary basic services and special services are in accordance with thePower description for the service phases 1 to 8 from the AN.
The essential structural planning services of this tender are:
