Description:
The subject of the tender is the planning, structural and technical execution (trade fair construction) of an annual continued concept for the design of the Thuringian joint stand at the International Green Week (IGW) from 2023 to 2026. The IGW will take place in 20th to 29 January 2023 at Messe Berlin, Messedamm 22. The IGW 2024 is expected to take place from January 19 to 28, 2024, the IGW 2025 is expected to be in the same place from January 18 to 27, 2025, which is expected to the same place. For the IGW 2023, half the daylight hall 20, directly at the North entrance, is available for the AG for the Thuringian MES appearance. The AG reserves the right to rent this area for the IGW from 2024 to 2026.
The Free State of Thuringia presents itself with its agricultural and nutritional economy and rural areas on an exhibition area of 1872 sqm on the racing location Hall 20 at the entrance north with approx. 30-35 exhibitors (companies, area authorities, clubs, associations, etc.). br The type of procedure: EU open procedure
