Planning barrier-free access to the passenger underpass (PU) at the DB train station in Bornheim-Roisdorf
The city of Bornheim intends to use the planning services Object planning for engineering structures and structural planning in accordance with HOAI 2021 for the project "Barrier-free access ramps to the passenger underpass (PU) at the DB train station in Bornheim-Roisdorf". The services include: - the basic services of object planning for engineering structures in accordance with Section 41 ff HOAI 2021, service phases 1 - 6, 7 (partially) as well as 8 and 9, plus special services - as well as the basic services of structural planning according to §§ 49 ff HOAI 2021 service phases 2 to 6 plus special services service phases 2 to 7. It is a step-by-step commissioning of the Planning services are intended, with stage 1 initially being commissioned with LP 1 - 2 HOAI object planning for engineering structures and LP 2 HOAI for structural planning. Depending on the further project development, it is intended to be coordinated with the funding agency and the project progress the passenger underpass (DB AG) to commission the further services of LP 3 to LP 5 in stage 2, LP 6 to LP 7 in stage 3 and LP 8 and 9 in stage 4.
