Description:
By creating a central clinic, the UKS intends to design its structural structures and the company organization economically and future -proof. This faces a far -reaching reorganization of its company structures, both within the first BA one Central clinic integrated departments as well as with regard to the overall campus. Leitmotif of the structural and organizational realignment is a consistent resource and area management that is future-oriented for functional and process-optimized and not purely organizational principles are aligned.
