Description:
With the "Park am Mauseturm", Bingen is part of the exhibition areas of the Federal Garden Show Oberes Mittelrheintal 2029. In order not only to generate the positive effects of the Federal Garden Show 2029 along the banks Bringing the inner city area plans to upgrade the city of Bingen am Rhein on the Rhine to an attractive inner -city park and thus to a visitor magnet during the BUGA 2029. The competition area is in a central inner -city location and overlaps In large parts with the monument zone Castle Klopp. The aim of the competition is to improve the entire castle environment by creating a coherent local recreation area with continuous path network, new game offers, diverse vegetation images and attractively designed viewpoints via Bingen to the Rheingau and the Middle Rhine Valley. The measures should contribute to the improvement of the living environment and the attractiveness of the inner city area in the long term, so that the guests of the city from the Rhine to the city center and to the castle ground to lure.
