Description:
The subject of the procurement process is the award of a service concession for the development and operation of a charging infrastructure for e-mobility. We are looking for a full-service provider who will set up up to 2,000 charging points at the BLB NRW locations and subsequently have an operating period ofis expected to operate as a concessionaire for eight years.

It is intended to set up and operate around 2000 charging points for AC charging stations with a minimum output of 11 kW pro Tender the charging point in a negotiated procedure following a public competition. The BLB NRW will not itself become the operator and installer of charging facilities. Rather, the infrastructure development is carried out through a long-term contract with a business companycreated. This company will be allowed to plan, build and operate the charging infrastructure independently. BLB NRW will only provide the parking space at its properties and the costs for planning and setting up the charging infrastructure up to the handover pointtemporary charging point.
