To accommodate homeless and refugees, the city of Quickborn is looking for replacement for residential containers own property. This model is sought:
A provider is to be found through an EU-wide negotiation procedure that takes over part of the freelanced, city's own property in heritage law (30 years) and then in a modular design a residential building for up to 50 immigrants and refugees (3 residential groups of 4 people and 2 residential groups of 8 people) plans, built and operated. After completion, the building is rented out by the city of Quickborn for 30 years at a fixed rental price.
