• Provision of property planning services in accordance with HOAI 2021 in the service profile of buildings and open spaces, specialist planning and consulting services in accordance with Annex 1 HOAI 2021 No. 1.2 Building physics and services for fire protection in accordance with building regulations in accordance with AHO Issue No. 17 as well as associated special services. On On September 20, 2017, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Free States of Thuringia and Saxony and Wismut GmbH agreed to develop a concept for dealing with the historical legacy of uranium ore mining in East Germany. This resulted in the Wismut Stiftung gGmbH being created in 2021, whose task is to to preserve, research and communicate the bismuth heritage. Since 1990, Wismut GmbH has been carrying out considerable remediation of the affected areas worldwide - an example of this is the Neue Landschaft Ronneburg. A new presentation and memorial location is to be created at the entrance to this area, operated by Wismut Stiftung gGmbH and built by Wismut GmbH. It should serve as a place for learning, remembering and helping to shape things. According to the implementation concept and joint determination of the city of Ronneburg, Wismut GmbH and the Ronneburg mining association as well as the mining tradition association mutually agreed on the entrance to the New Landscape as the planning area for the new presentation location due to the predominant advantages of the location (authenticity, visibility, reference point and synergies).
