- The subject of the tender is the gradual commissioning of planning services in accordance with HOAI 2021 for the new construction of a renewable energy center in the new Krampnitz urban district in Potsdam. The measure will be awarded in several lots. The energy center will be located in an existing building (formerly a thermal power plant) and will in the future combine several climate-neutral heat generation systems. Depending on the lot, the tendered services include: technical equipment (system groups 1-8), building object planning, structural planning, outdoor facilities, planning of geothermal well systems including pipe routes as well as the coordination of interfaces and special services.
Energy center TGA and heat generation systems
Krampnitz Energie GmbH intends to build a central energy center as part of the energetic development of the new Krampnitz urban district in Potsdam. This is intended to bring together several regeneratively operated heat generation systems (including CHP, large-scale heat pump, air heat pumps, electrode boilers and heat storage) in one existing building and, in the future, to supply the district with heat in a completely climate-neutral manner.
