Description:
The aim of the sub-project "New construction of the rectifier works" is the provision of a new underground replacement structure for the existing rectifier plant of the U9 subway line at the Zoological Garden train station and the creation of the necessary infrastructural requirements in the area. In favor of an efficient use of land and the urban planning objectives, the rectifier works should ideally be implemented underground. The required planning services of the HOAI service phase 1-4 are the subject of this tender. These form the basis for the necessary Approval procedure and the consideration in the land use planning for the development plan 4-69a. The preliminary draft and draft for the building of the rectifier works (GLW), line route management and the supply buildings for railway current and media development create the reliable basis and for the Plan approval and the later tab procedure for the commissioning permit. The required services end up with the performance of the engineering structure in accordance with Appendix 12 to § 43 HOAI and the structure in accordance with Appendix 14 to § 51 HOAI and the technical equipment in accordance with Appendix 15 to § 55 HOAI to the approval maturity.
