Offer as a draft contract for HOAI services of the service phases 1-3 and 4-8 for planning with the performance profile building and power of technical equipment as well as outdoor facilities.
Planning a new building of a rescue station for the district of Spree-Neisse / WoKrejs Sprjewja-Nysa in Burg / Borkowy
On Location Burg, intersection Ringchaussee - Hatener Strasse is a fire station in which the current rescue station is accommodated, which is filled with a rescue transport car (RTW) all year round.
The current equipment or structure of the rescue station no longer corresponds A supplementary new building is required for the operation.
It is advisable the new building detached from the same location Castle intersection Ringchaussee - Hatener Strasse realized. The final decision in this regard will only be made after submitting the LPH 1-3 met.
The New rescue station to be established is a rescue station with the following requirements for the planning. In the future, another RTW will be planned in 12 or 24 hours.
In the future, 4 people in the future are constantly in the Rescue guard. In perspective, the rescue station can be accredited as a teaching rescue station, so rooms for 2 trainees must be kept.
The entire workforce for operating the rescue station consists of around 26 people.
