Offer as a draft contract for HOAI services of the service phases 1-3 and 4-8 for planning with the performance profile building and power of technical equipment as well as outdoor facilities.
Planning a new building of a rescue station for the district of Spree-Neisse / WoKrejs Sprjewja-Nysa in Guben / Gubin
On Location Guben, Cottbuser Platz there is a rescue station, which is occupied with two rescue transport cars (RTW), a reserve - RTW, an emergency doctor (NEF) and an ambulance (KTW/7 h) all year round. In 24 hours - operation is five and in the 7th hours - Operation are two on -site emergency services. Furthermore, the Guben rescue station is an accredited training guard in which up to 3 trainees work at the same time.
The current location of the rescue station no longer corresponds to the requirements for the operation, as a result a new building is required. The new building is to take place at the new Guben/ Flemmingstrasse location. The measurement of the property is currently being sought, the space on the property (e.g. asphalt/ concrete surfaces) is currently being clarified.
The new to be built Rescue guard is a large rescue station. With two RTW, it is held all year round in the 24 -hour - operation (service period).
