Description:
Due to the grown requirements in civil and disaster protection, there is a need to accommodate vehicles and materials as well as for the creation of suitable social and functional rooms. So far, warehousing and the vehicles are accommodated by disaster protection and emergency services at the neighboring location of the professional fire brigade and decentrally in the city area. There are also no space for warehousing as well as social rooms and changing rooms for full -time and volunteers. The aim is to on an urban property in the street of June 17th create a central structural facility to accommodate the entire disaster protection equipment of the city of Weimar. The chosen property directly borders on the main fire and rescue station in Kromsdorfer Strasse. Synergies of the two locations are expressly desired. Scheduled are the construction of a vehicle hall with approx. 20 parking spaces, a cold warehouse with around 250 LFM heavy-duty shelves and a functional building to accommodate changing rooms, sanitary and social rooms. Access, parking spaces, enclosures and vegetation areas must be planned in the free area. The Technical equipment includes the plant groups 1-5.7.8. The construction costs are estimated for the KG 300 to € 3,800,000 (gross), for the KG 400 to € 1,400,000 (gross) and for the KG 500 to € 1,100,000 (gross).
