- In 2020, a leasehold contract with the Hanseatic city of Stralsund for a property in Smiterlowstrasse in Stralsund with an area of 4,672 m2 was concluded for the operation of a nursing and citizen center. It is a repetition planning based on aincluding the service phase 3 in accordance with § 34 HOAI. The earlier design provided for an underground car park; As part of the realignment, the underground car park is dispensed with, since it no longer seems economically and functionally sensible. The functional rooms provided in the underground car parkmust now be re -located in the floors above. This is possible because rooms for day care are no longer provided. The parking spaces to be preserved according to the parking space regulation must be planned on the outdoor area. It is a gradual commissioning of the performance phases3-9 provided in accordance with HOAI §34.
